Help remove water mark pdf pattern

Pattern seller site sais pdf is water marked with e mail address and date of the purchasing. Any body know how to get clean pdf no water mark? Thank you thank you

Downloads not working
Hello, I have used Pindiy in the past and have never had an issue but yesterday when I tried to dowload two pdfs it lead me to a blank page that says credits_policy_lowerlimit_fid . What can I do about this? I would really like to get those two patterns. Best regards Nikita
