Size limit for attached files

Has the size of attached files changed? I've approved this post //www.pindiy.com/forum.php? ... tra=#pid14218476and
can't upload archive with two pdf files . Forum says that the size of the file exceeds the limit...

Before that I've approved and archived this post and everything was ok //www.pindiy.com/forum.php? ... 6orderby%3Ddateline

the picture in the post in correct, but on the wall the cover is from another design and I can't change it because of the same 'file limit'

I can't upload here an archive which size is 8 mb, it tells me that the size of the file is too big.
