The blanket is made using the overlay mosaic crochet technique with elements of tapestry crochet,
as you will be carrying yarn in all even rows. It might look difficult, but consists of only sc and dc, so no intricate technique involved.

The pattern includes my tutorial on how to do overlay mosaic with tapestry elements, and also a tutorial on how to hide all your ends with a clever double border.
Both tutorial are with written instructions and lots of pictures to help you learn this technique.

In the pattern I also give a thorough explanation on how to read the chart, and the first 9 rows of the pattern is written out, to help you get started.
Reading a mosaic chart is really simple, so don’t be scared of it.
Pattern comes as a full chart suitable for viewing on a tablet or computer, and as charts for printing, if you prefer that.
