hand traced design

so sorry but can anyone tell me what to do if a design has been posted but the chart is actually a hand drawn tracing of a design, here is a sample of what was in the rar file

the image seems clean and I assume because it is monochrome it is users preference but a member is also unsure if it is 2012 as labelled or 2010 as per the file name

It is GSK design... This company usually work monochrome design ..And it is not FREE chart... I searched and ''LLoo'' uploaded in free scanned area lot of GSK design ... I reported to you for help to move to right area... But there are lot of gsk design in free scanned area now... She uploaded 5 days ago in free scanned area...
