Recharge Now on my Gold Coins notice

When I hover over my 'Credits' button I see 'Recharge Now' below the coins total. When I click I get sent to a page that is mostly in Chinese. I used Google Translate for some of the fields but it still doesn't make sense. Can I convert some of my coins or is this just a mistake ?
