Recharge Now on my Gold Coins notice

When I hover over my Credits button I see Recharge Now below the coins total. When I click I get sent to a page that is mostly in Chinese. I used Google Translate for some of the fields but it still doesnt make sense. Can I convert some of my coins or is this just a mistake ?

it means you can bay coins. one yen is 100 coins
