How do i upload a profile photo?

There's no indication of the image uploading and refreshing just resets the page. My profile image stays the same no matter what i do :\

Go to settings (above), click on modify avatar and follow directions

Nothing happens, I select the photo I want to use but it just stays the same

Using an Ipad/phone. You need flash player and flashplayer does not work on ipad/pc/phone. Trying using a windows pc
