good work Langstep, I love the Ancient Egypt

Thank you so much. I just love anything Ancient Egypt, I have done quite a few on this theme and still have a stack to stitch, probably got the majority of designs on Acient Egypt theme.

You are correct the fabric is shaded darker round the sides and along the top.
