You are correct the fabric is shaded darker round the sides and along the top.

oh so is it that lanarte do the dimension kind of kits? is the conversion available anywhere spookyt ...

Yes, but you can find a conversion for Dimension numbers on the web, there might even be one on this site.  The lanarte kits dont have numbers for the threads, they pre-sort sufficient threads for the project on to a card.  The only way to know the actual colour number would be to compare the threads to a DMC thread sample book.  The person who has uploaded the chart on to this site has provided a DMC thread list for the project.

And BTW Langstep, you have done a great job!
