The stitch pattern on this beautify is fun and engaging, while not actually being much of a challenge.Yarn: 3 skeins or 624 yards (570 meters) of aran weight yarn.Needles: 5.5mm (US 9) circular needles in at least a 24” (60cm) cord. Or whichever size needles it takes to get gauge.Notions:

Whichever tools you prefer to weave in your ends, and block your shawls.
Gauge: 13 stitches and 21 rows = 4” (10cm) square knit flat in lace pattern and blocked.Size: 60” (152cm) measured along the wingspan. 34” (86cm) measured down the centre spine.
