Yes I did, I really enjoy making my cross stitch into things , rather than hanging them on the wall as such.

You cant imagine how much I agree with you! Ive been stitching for 14 years now and have no framings on my walls. Instead, I have (I mean, other people have, because 95% of my works are given as gifts for family and friends) pillows, tea towels, bath/face towel sets, bibs for babies, bookmarks, biscornus, pincushions, etc... but no framings!Im working on my first one right now, in a SAL w/ Diadora. Hopefully itll be finished in a couple of months and Ill be proud to show it here.

I havea few framed pieces,I love sewing and patchwork just as much as I like embroidery and cross stitch, so it makes sense to me to combine my interests !! I am glad to hear I am not alone. I look forward to seeing your current project when it is finished.
