Im going to have to try to make some this way.I like the look of them.I usually make mine with the lever back earing findings.I can use them as earings or stitch markers.The neat thing about the lever back findings is that they are removable if you knit them in.

Its a wonderful idea. Thank you for sharing. I usually use a piece of yarn or markers from a shop but they are not very convenient (they are quite big and always come out). And sometimes I use simple safety pins or special safety pins for wool (made of plastic).
