I just finished a large mystic stitch design.Lots of one stitch of a color all over it.I sucked it up and did one stitch all the time, if I didnt, I would lose all the shading.I did not park needles, but I did travel on the back.If I was traveling over stitches not done yet, I just traveled. If I traveled on stitches already done,I put the needle under the threads on the back so you wouldnt have long stitches on the back.My back looked almost as good as my front.

Great to hear of peoples different ways of coping with these kind of designs. I have to say Ive always just kind of made it up as I went along. Ill be trying out some of these new tips though and hopefully my work will look better for it.

I dont worry about the back as each person stitches different. Just worry about the front and have fun
