You pay the download fee by clicking on the file again, like you already tried. If you have enough coins, the file will download. I will send you enough coins to download all three files, so just try downloading them again in a few minutes, and it should work.
I believe these are duplicates.Second one is much bigger file, picture looks to be sharper.

No you are not understanding me - I paid for these programs but they would not open - exactly the...
You have to earn more gold coins ... If you want to download any pattern in here, first you must paid uploader user wants gold coins after than you have to pay the system (30 gold coins )
You can earn gold coins like these ways ;
1. reply to posts
2. complete the tasks
2. upload new patterns or own crafts
I checked your account and you received gold coins from our user...I am sure you will have enough gold coins for download

bellatrixia, it looks to me like you only paid the fee to the uploader, but not also the download...
It can be lot of different situation on there.. Most user dont know how use the site and not much knowlage about computer...

I read all of the messages, both hers and yours, before I replied to her. You are of course correct, there can be several issues here. My answer to her was based on what I interpreted to be the problem, based on what she said in her answers to you. And I do of course realise that I could have interpreted something the wrong way, since the answers she gave you were not 100% clear. I tried to explain what I though was the problem/misunderstanding in my first reply to her.
One of the problems with being new here (or anywhere) is that if one is not already knowledgable, it is difficult to know exactly what the problem is, and it is difficult to explain something that one does not fully understand.
I agree, experience and understanding is needed, and it will come in time, Im sure :-) Many new members struggle at first, but most also learn when theyve been here for a while :-)
