I have the same problem with this. I paid 100 gold coins to download the files and then trying to  ...

No you are not understanding me - I paid for these programs but they would not open - exactly the same error message re not enough gold coins that I got with the 3 attachments I paid for and emailed about previously.

My points record clearly shows I have paid for then so can you please give me access to the files so I can use them?

Wrong information in both posts. These are the same design, one in .pat format and the other in .xsd format

They are not 100mm x 100mm, and not 180 x 180 stitches

This is correct: 100 x 100 stitches and the size, on 14ct Aida, is 18 x 18 cm

bellatrixia, it looks to me like you only paid the fee to the uploader, but not also the download fee. You said you paid 100 coins, but the download fee is 199 for repaint files. I think that is why youre getting the message about not having enough coins - because you dont have enough coins to pay the download fee after paying the fee to the uploader.

Incorrect information. Same design, one is .pat, the other .xsd. The stitch count is wrong, and the size is wrong.

Thanks Strawberry Cat for your reply. I have not been able to find a FAQ file that explains these things, and they are not clear.

So how do you pay for the extra download fee?

You pay the download fee by clicking on the file again, like you already tried. If you have enough coins, the file will download. I will send you enough coins to download all three files, so just try downloading them again in a few minutes, and it should work.

I believe these are duplicates.  Second one is much bigger file, picture looks to be sharper.

You have to earn more gold coins ... If you want to download any pattern in here, first you must paid uploader user wants gold coins after than you have to pay the system (30 gold coins )

You can earn gold coins like these ways ;

1. reply to posts
2. complete the tasks
2. upload new patterns or own crafts

I checked your account and you received gold coins from our user...  I am sure you will have enough gold coins for download

It can be lot of different situation on there.. Most user dont know how use the site and not much knowlage about computer...  

Her complaints in :

There is no "fix" situation in here ... this files must open with a program ... they are special files for cross stitch .. they can open with "pattern maker" program

She needs more experiance in here, more knowlage about computer , more knowlage about cross stitch software and more gold coins .... You just solve her gold coins problem only for 2-3 days :loveliness:
