Meal Prep
Does anyone meal prep? I started doing this last month to kickstart my weight loss. So this weeks meals. Oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip muffin, lunch avocado tuna sandwich and apple, dinner chicken divan and salad, snacks pistachios and sweet potato, cheese crisps and cherries.Beautiful works ! Thank you very much! Yum! That looks so good! Looks delicious! I prep meals all the time - mainly because i am too busy to cook/prepare something different every day - but I dont like to eat the same thingmore than two days in a row.......................makes for a lot of work!:lol i have never prep meals before but maybe i should start.. looks like you save loads of time preparing! Yes, I dont have to cook in the evenings after getting home from work, and I can eat as soon as I walk in the house. I love that

Thank you :) Its been a little while. Has it helped you with your weight loss? It is a definite time saver. My daughter and set out to do this , But ended up having a day set aside to do a ton of freezer mealsto put in a slow cooker.
