Does anyone meal prep? I started doing this last month to kickstart my weight loss. So this weeks meals. Oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip muffin, lunch avocado tuna sandwich and apple, dinner chicken divan and salad, snacks pistachios and sweet potato, cheese crisps and cherries.
I prep meals all the time - mainly because i am too busy to cook/prepare something different every day - but I dont like to eat the same thing more than two days in a row.......................makes for a lot of work!:lol
Yes it does. I do the same thing for the week for simplicity. By the end of the week, Im definitely wanting something different, but it works for now.

Yes, I dont have to cook in the evenings after getting home from work, and I can eat as soon as I walk in the house. I love that

It does when I do it. I have slacked for a couple of weeks now..smh...but I did lose weight doing this and it kept my hunger and cravings down. I tried to eat every 3-4 hours.
