Bought pattern but it didnt download?
Im shiny new here so Im sorry if this is a stupid question. I looked for a help topic on this but maybe just missed it?I just bought a pattern but the download didnt automatically start. This has happened a couple of times already and if I click the attachment link again, it begins the download. This time however it did not and it is saying I have to have more coins to buy it (I had just enough coins to buy it the first time.) It shows up as bought in my Points Log but I havent been able to download it.
Help please?

I also experienced with damaged file recently after I paid all the fees. After few attempts to download the chart, failed, I wrote a message to one of the moderator. She checked and informed that the file is okay. Problem is evidently at my side. She advised me to check the browser, cookies, etc. maybe they are the problems. Or I could report to the admin. Im not a IT expert, so dunno how to check on the browser... Also dunno who should I report to... Now I still figure where can I trace back the file that I paid. I have noticed the crazy prices on some things. I guess Ill see how fast coins add up!
Though I have noticed that on one pattern that I put up for "sale" (if thats the right terminology) that I put the price at 10 and in my log it says Im getting 9 for it. Is there a limit to how many coins a new user can get per "purchase" or something? Okay, I might have figured it out? Im guessing that buying the pattern and then actually downloading it are two separate transactions/costs? So I had enough to buy the pattern but not to download it? I doubt the problem is on your end as we are all experiencing the same issue. Its been a little better for me this last few hours, but still only working half the time.
It doesnt charge you again to re-download either.Ive done some up to 8X now and never lost any gold coin. Yes thats right.You always pay 30 coins to the site no matter what pattern you download and if you choose to download something that is split into multiple files you will have to pay 30 coins for each of those files.Then youll have to pay the person who uploaded the pattern onto the site.Some choose not to post an amount - very rare these days - some ask for huge sums!They can also decide to ask for an amount for each file if theyre downloading something like a book or magazine, which can work out as pretty pricey.As others have mentioned there are a few problems with the site at the moment so well just have to wait and see if they sort it out! same problem
