So sorry, cannot help you with your question. I also experienced with damaged file recently after I paid all the fees. After few attempts to download the chart, failed, I wrote a message to one of the moderator. She checked and informed that the file is okay. Problem is evidently at my side. She advised me to check the browser, cookies, etc. maybe they are the problems. Or I could report to the admin. Im not a IT expert, so dunno how to check on the browser... Also dunno who should I report to... Now I still figure where can I trace back the file that I paid. Or I should just re-paid for the chart??? :( |
