Turquoise - Please help

As I cannot access my old username I am not able to access my account.You sent a new password to an email that is no longer used by me.I cannot send you a private message because I do not have access with this new username.Please can you private message me my new password for my old username - anew.

It now looks like I will never get back my old username as it appears that no one is doing anything to help us.Makes me angry when we dont get replies from the Admin / Moderators!
