Turquoise - Please help

As I cannot access my old username I am not able to access my account.  You sent a new password to an email that is no longer used by me.  I cannot send you a private message because I do not have access with this new username.  Please can you private message me my new password for my old username - anew.

That is my profile.  But as I told you I no longer use that email.  Please can you send me a private message so that I can reply to you with my new email address.  The email address that you used is wrong.

It now looks like I will never get back my old username as it appears that no one is doing anything to help us.  Makes me angry when we dont get replies from the Admin / Moderators!
