Greenteas, I was able to download and have the file. Its a very nice sweater. Mine downloaded in less than 30 seconds though the last 6 seemed a little longer than 6.I might suggest you try rebooting your machine and try again. That may help you with your download. And your right about the rate button missing. Its gone!
