Greenteas, I was able to download and have the file. Its a very nice sweater. Mine downloaded in less than 30 seconds though the last 6 seemed a little longer than 6.  I might suggest you try rebooting your machine and try again. That may help you with your download. And your right about the rate button missing. Its gone!
