			pointed or blunt needles?
		which do you prefer for stiching in linen?i love how easy the pointed goes in, but hate how many times i stick myself!

		huh, the sharp needles are for quilting!!, and the blunt ones for cross stitch. i would suggest you swop these, or you will hurt your fingertips badly each time you stitch.

		I prefer blunt needles, as long as I dont need a pointed one for an specific type of stitching

		I usually use the blunt ones except when I am working on aida cloth and there are quarter stitches to do. Then I use the sharp ones.

		I only would suggest blunt needles for crossstitch, sharp needles for quilting and sewing.

		I would never use sharps for cross stitch, especially when using wool, it splits the threads too much
