We eat this sausage most by winter meals. Warm hot water and put the sausage 20 minutes in the water with the fire out.
Made by a good butcher, not a supermarket.
Its made from pork and secret spices.
You can use it as a snack, cold, warm on a party or between a sandwitch with mostard.
