Cannot download
Hello,I Want to download a knitting pattern; I bought it, I can see that I paid the gold coins for it, but when I amstarting the download I get this message:
Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site.
What does it mean? Can I do something, or is it about something PinDiy should do?
Please help me!

Oke, thank you! Sometimes it is hard to find answers that may be given already;) I will have a look! I use Opera as webbrowser for now. Opera has already a possibility to use VPN.
Unfortunally I still can not download anything and get the message that my account or ip-address is banned.:(
