Cannot download

Hello,
I Want to download a knitting pattern; I bought it, I can see that I paid the gold coins for it, but when I am  starting the download I get this message:

         Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site.

What does it mean? Can I do something, or is it about something PinDiy should do?
Please help me!

hi  a lot of people are having the same problem.  I was getting it as well, I found that by downloading a vpn programme /app  (virtual private network) to my laptop and my tablet it solved the problem, i am now able to download and dont get that message anymore, there are plenty of free vpn programs on google play as well as some you have to pay for,  I hope this helps

I use Opera as webbrowser for now. Opera has already a possibility to use VPN.
Unfortunally I still can not download anything and get the message that my account or ip-address is banned.:(
