cant donwload?

hi, i have tried to download crochet world collection fall 218 but i can not dowload the parts?
the money has been extracted and when when the download start itsgoes well untill it reaches the end of the rar( 10mb) and it wont finish the download
i have tried a couple of times with no result
what am i doing wrong?
is there a moderator who can help me? it cost me a lot of coins(100 + 150)
