cant donwload?

hi, i have tried to download crochet world collection fall 218 but i can not dowload the parts?
the money has been extracted and when when the download start its  goes well untill it reaches the end of the rar  ( 10mb) and it wont finish the download
i have tried a couple of times with no result
what am i doing wrong?
is there a moderator who can help me? it cost me a lot of coins  (100 + 150)
