Baking liver.

We eat this just for 4 months, then its over and waiting till the next year.
In it bacon, liver, the rest herbst, flower, water, its raw, we bake it in butter till its brown and put it on a sandwitch.
Its only to buy where I live, a very old recept. :)

we love liver, I bake it with oignons and a little bit of sugar. So good with fritten (french.....)
