Baking liver.
We eat this just for 4 months, then it's over and waiting till the next year.In it bacon, liver, the rest herbst, flower, water, it's raw, we bake it in butter till it's brown and put it on a sandwitch.
It's only to buy where I live, a very old recept. :)
we love liver, I bake it with oignons and a little bit of sugar. So good with fritten (french.....)
