Pattern INCORRECTLY listed as FREE

im sure others have had this problem and I would like to propose a resolution.Moderaters should contact you if you have not stated the pattern is free in your listing prior to posting your submission.I’ve had several patterns listed this way and I’m pretty disappointed that we have absolutely no power to change it.

You can let the mods know here: http://www.pindiy.com//forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=217867
Just copy a link to the pattern. They fix it inmediately

If you got the pattern for free online, like a free Ravelry download, it should be listed as free in this forum. The maximum you can charge for a free pattern is 10 coins.

Im assuming you mean you paid for a pattern and forgot to put a GC cost on it?I agree, Ive done it myself. What I find more disturbing is those who get FREE patterns and post them WELL ABOVE THE 10 GC theyre allowed to.Moderators DO NOT FIX THAT.Ive reported them and nothing has happened. The majority of my patterns are paid patterns and the ones that are free are marked as FREE with the appropriate 10 GCs or under.

She posted a pattern that is free (on Ravelry), charged 200 coins for it, and did not mention that it was free in her title. Whether it was initially free, I do not know, but it certainly was when she uploaded it here.

The moderator changed her title to include the word "free", reduced the charge to 10 coins, and left a comment about rules for both title and coin charge.
