You may not have enough coin to download or its a paid thread. This means you must click the download link twice. The first pays the sharing member the second pays the forum. Please click the link again and see if that is why it didnt download. When asking about threads please include a link to the thread youre asking about to better help the members to help you. :)

I use Chrome and I can download files. I did this:

Click on the padlock before the url of PinDIY. Choose SETTINGS and allow the following permissions:

Flash
Pop-us and redirects
Background and synchronization
Automatic downloads
Unsafe content
