My coin points decreased but I could not download

I use Chrome and I can download files. I did this:

Click on the padlock before the url of PinDIY. Choose SETTINGS and allow the following permissions:

Flash
Pop-us and redirects
Background and synchronization
Automatic downloads
Unsafe content
