Ibooks question on pattern bought

I bought this pattern and just went to my iBooks to print it out again. When I clicked on the pattern, this cameup on the page instead... What does this mean????

Hello, I have the same problem with ALL my ibooks bought !
Impossible to reach them, I didnt registered them, usually I return on my ibook page and download and print when I need it.
Now impossible , its written " loading " and turn !
For around 15 days the same problem..
I tried on my two computers,Mac, Pc, the same..
So I need help please !
