Ibooks question on pattern bought

I bought this pattern and just went to my iBooks to print it out again. When I clicked on the pattern, this came  up on the page instead... What does this mean????

This pattern is not in original format. Instagram marathon pattern. If the original version is uploaded, it will be recycled

Hello, I have the same problem with ALL my ibooks bought !
Impossible to reach them, I didnt registered them, usually I return on my ibook page and download and print when I need it.
Now impossible , its written " loading " and turn !
For around 15 days the same problem..
I tried on my two computers,Mac, Pc, the same..
So I need help please !
