I spin my own wool
Edited by anniekins at 2023-12-23 12:42I just love spinning such a relaxing hobby and i have a farmer that gives me all his fleece and i spin it this is my little toy.
This is something Ive always wanted to do.My sister-in-law just bought property that came with two alpacas.Im trying to get the wool.LOL I imagine you must feel such pride seeing that fluffy fleece turn into something you can knit or crochet into cozy sweaters or blankets for your grandbabies. And don’t even get me started on the smell—there’s nothing quite like the earthy, fresh scent of freshly spun wool. It’s a little piece of countryside charm right in your home.Keep on spinning, dear! It’s a beautiful skill to have, and every twist and pull is a love letter to tradition. Plus, I bet your cats love watching that fiber whirl—mine certainly think it’s the best show in town!
I spin to knit and weave my own accessoires and medieval costume. This such a rewarding hobbi. Pass this knowledge on to children so that it is not forgotten. very interesting wheel, would love to see the other side Very interesting hobby!
