Any suggestions for good knit patterns for cats?
trying to find some thing small and cute to make for my friend...knitting Id go for toys (cats love wool) and skip the clothes. Cats dont enjoy costumes ;) My cat got a catnip-fish: I didnt have a pattern, I just made something up. I knit a tube like a sock with the pointed toe end, stuffed a sachet with dried catnip into it and sewed it together at the open end. I embellished the thing a bit, stitched eyes on the fish and crocheted some fins :).Cat enjoys the fish, she kicks it, sniffs it and rubs her face against it. I seem to read your question differently than the others, do you want a knit pattern of a cat to give to a friend or for a cat toy? Adorable Knitted Animals has a very cute knit cat as does Best in Show. I do mean this! I realize my question was unclear haha. I meant a knit pattern, to make a cat. i will take a look at the Adorable Knitted Animals!! Thank you :)
