Help with translating a pattern [Chinese > English )

Hello, Im struggling a bit to figure out this pattern as I have not really seen some of these crochet abbreviations. Usually, Im able to tell what the pattern is since they use things like "X" for a single crochet. However, I cant figure out what "WF" "W" "FA" and "[]" mean in this pattern. If anyone can help that would be amazing! The pattern I am doing is the New Mommy Handmade DIY: Pea Frog Style (Chinese)

Youve already figured out that A is decrease, and F is a dc, FA will be a dc decrease. After watching the video, WF is back post dc, ignore if youve read what I wrote before Ive edited this reply. [...] means whatever is in the brackets is worked into the same stitch.

I see! That makes a lot more sense, thank you so much for your help! Also you said you watched the video, does the pattern come with one? I couldnt figure out how to get to it.
