Attachment is not exists or unable to read, please contact administrator.

I bought files but I cant download it.
My user group is DIY 0. So, I cant send message to administrator.

What should I do?

Ive reported it on the problems thread so hopefully someone will fix it. You arent the only one having issues, I believe its system-wide.

We are aware of the issue. It will be fixed soon be patient.
As a reminder, you can always download again those files via your PinDIY profile, they are registered there for you to download again as many times as you need once you paid them, just need to wait until the problem is fixed.

This is happening to me as well. I thought it was one pattern being a fluke, but then it happened to the next thing I tried too. Ill just favorite them for now and hope it gets fixed soon.
