My new finish - The Violinist from Nimue. I used the pattern in .xsd which I bought here https://www.pindiy.com/forum.php ... 685&highlight=nimue
Stitched on 28 count Charles Craft Carolina sand linen with DMC threads. The final size is 3" x 5". Started : February 13, finished March 6.
Designer Annaïck Chauvel includes in her Nimue kit 2 metallic bells to be attached to the violin bow and some gold floss in the jacket's buttons, but I skipped those. The violinist looks great without those, doesn't he?

You have stitched this beautifully.I would be cautious about using the blue marking ink though, in case it doesn't come out.Maybe use a running stitch & cotton to mark the lines instead.
