i see ones that are split into multiple and then are 333 each. instant skip, not giving in to greed

Yep, the pricing is a bit much. However, it is allowed per the member uploading the files of what to charge. I skip on a lot of patterns now. Most are just redo of someone else's pattern maybe an element added here and there. Thank goodness I have a ton of patterns from other sites that are now no longer in existence. Members want the gold to be able to download what they want. I remember when the forum was all about sharing. Those days are gone now.

Will these prices persist? Are people able to adjust prices later?

I was wondering about this myself. Some patterns seem oddly expensive

Heartless Publish time 2025-12-15 21:35

I've noticed this too. What's going on?

I agree, atp pricing at 333 is just oddly specific and is way too much

What is happening here on a small scale is actually exactly what is happening on a large scale all over the world: greed is consuming everything.

Meanwhile I ignore most pattern because they are completely overpriced.
I prefer to buy the original, support the designer and at least get any updates delivered free of charge.
Here, I would have to 'pay' for them again.

You should report the 400 to mods. This post explains the priceing and what the max limits are: htt ...

This is the 400 one '.https://www.pindiy.com//forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=476184&fxuid=92276&diytg=92276&posttime=1766415752.'

For scanned books of 50+ pages with lots of patterns inside 300 pins is reasonable, IMHO. For a single scanned pattern it's high. For cross stitch digital patterns in .xsd a regular price is 199 pns, it's normal.
