I could never stitch in this manner but I'm glad you found a way that works for you:DAnd, you made some other stitchers very happy with your tip:)
For me, it has to be paper.I cut my working copy into manageable pieces and attach them right to my qsnap.I need my chart to be close to my eyes and this way it's right in front of me.I could never stitch from my laptop{:3_57:} LOL;P

We can use the tablets!! They are like a paper ... but better .... we can use zoom ... highlight .....
When (or rather if) I get a tablet I may just have to try this :)Thanks!

this would drive me insane. My eyes hurt after a while from looking at the computer. its bad for your eyes.
plus, I like to sit on the couch and watch/listen to tv while im stitching

I think I do the paper-based version of this. I like to put my charts in a plastic pocket and mark the pocket with an overhead projector pen as I go along. That way I can see where I am up to and the chart isn't damaged so I can reuse it.
I'd get a headache using the computer for it.
