my email is already gmail and it's verified, why I can't still access the knitting section? is there any other announcement that addressing this issue? can't see any that related to that in the main page

Me podría ayudar por favor, quiero caminar el correo electrónico por uno Gmail que ya tengo.
Pero al registrarme en el foro, use uno Hotmail y ahora no recuerdo la contraseña del foro.
Tengo miedo de actualizar datos y que se me cierre el foro, y como no recuerdo la contraseña, no podré entrar.
Ojalá me pueda ayudar.
