help after my ban is up

Last month I was banned for 30 days, my ban was up 1/25/16.....but when I log on it says to renew or purchase my user group, but there is no place to do that, please help me, I would great appreciate any help with this matter......I had to open a new account to get on here to explain what is happening...my account that I need help with is under the name...... buny and I have avatar of a black cat.....please help. thank you
