I was banned Dec. 25, now the ban is over I can not get back on...
.it says to check renew, but I do not know where to do that at...
please help

I am having the same issue , was banned to post on Dec 26 , my niece used it and got nasty , my apologies , however , I was told the same to buy the group or get a new user group . My user group is now DIY 2 I cannot do anything , everything I try to do comes up internal error . My username is Shadowedmoon and my avatar picture is of (lol) a reindeer cartoonish looking. Again I apologize for the issues . How do I do anything even though it says I am able according to user group . I have alot I can contribute and would like to do that . Please let me know TY ! love the group and would lvoe to be back to where I was able to search and look up patterns again .

Me neither Cox , I was hoping , it was kind of like when you get banned , contact us , in the far bottom right corner , thats not there . I think just go on with your new one and pray for the best . Thats what I am doing , I only wanted to get my downloads that I worked for , the computer it was on fried , literally poof of smoke , now they are gone . Maybe Bleu will get back to us
