Incomplete chart download: help?

Hi all. I have an issue regarding one of the scanned patterns I bought. The pattern is "Millennium Sampler", by StitchWorld. The info page shows there are two designs for the whole item, but when I paid and downloaded, there is only one of the two designs. I couldnt find any notice that the download would only have one chart. I dont think its fair that the page displays two charts, but only one is given in the download. I dont see any additional postings which would indicate the second chart is available for another fee, or from another person. Is there a way I can be reimbursed for half of the coins I paid? FYI, the chart in the download is of the map, and I was actually more interested in the second chart, the ship, which wasnt included. Thank you for any help or advice that you can offer. - jamaracat

Make a note of what the problem is, like "Only one of two designs included in download" in your case.

The forum normally does not reimburse coins, but you will at the very least get some coins for reporting.

For future reference; its always easier for other members to help you if you include a link to the post youre having problems with.
