Try to download !!!!!!!!

I try to upload a pattern, but all I get is the picture disapointed.
When can I download a pattern Im now in DIY.1

The number of the cross-stitch pattern is: 336873 from rita teles.

I searched for you and Rita Teles is not a designer but shes a member here on PinDIY. The number is from her finished Stitch diary, you can not download the pattern from there.
If you want to download the pattern you have to search for it with the titel, number or the designername, not all at once, just one by one.
I did find 2, one repaint and one scanned. For the repaint you need PCStitch (viewer) to open the file. The scanned version costs 60 coins (2 zip files), download both files to complete the pattern. You can open the zip files with (for example Winrar, also used for rar files).
