How do I rate a post?

I see on posts where users have rated the pattern and given additional gold coin tips to the original uploader, I dont see a button for this however?

Like just to add, I see the part where is has a circle and it says "rate" but if I click it nothing happens.

Unfortunatly you are not able to rate when youre at level 0.

You will be allowed to rate when you reach level 1, at 26 credits. From there on it works exactly as sundrop explains.

You will have a specified amount of coins that you can use to rate each 24 hour periode. I believe its 10 coins per 24 hours at level 1, 20 at level 2, and so on.

look under what you just posted...it says "rated". CLick on it and you can rate them with whatever level you are. If you are level 1, you can only rate them with 1 gc, level 2, two gcs, etc.
