Its like every other week that my kids have the sniffles or fevers or stomach bug... Anyone else seeing every germ out there spending a few days at their house, too?
So I notice this thread got a lot of hits.... Im assuming the way I worded the title made people think it was a rant maybe? lol Looking for excitement!
My grandson was sick with a nasty cold but (knock on wood) I have not been sick in a long time. I think kids just pick up every bug until their immune systems build up.
I agree, too many strange germs out there. My sisters kids had a cold all the time. She called it the daycare crud. It hit my kids when the went to kindergarten. Kids are just germ factories LOL

My husband went to the doctor today, and came home with four prescriptions because of winter crud. Apparently he has winter allergies, and they lasted to the point his ears are infected. So drops for his ears, steroids, antibiotics, and the GOOD cough medicine...the kind with the codeine. Doctor goes, "I got you some happy liquid." Lot of drugs. I hate my family needing medicine!
