I am unable to change my avatar. I have downloaded the new picture, it then says it has been saved but the new avatar does not change even after using F5 or relogging on to the site.

sometimes it needs a sceond try, just be patient
sometimes it works with a new log in

Be sure that your image is the correct format. I believe only .jpg files are allowed for avatars. At least that is all that will work for me.
